Certification Reinstatement

If you fail to complete the certification renewal requirements by the end of your three year recertification period, you may reinstate your certification by complying with either of the following:

Licensing State that Requires Continuing Education:

If you are currently licensed in a State that requires continuing education for license renewal, you will need to provide:

1. A reinstatement fee of $285
2. A copy of your current license     

Non-Licensing State or Licensing State Not Requiring Continuing Education:

If you are in a non-licensing state or a state that does not require continuing education for license renewal, but you have earned the required number of approved CECs within each three year certification period before your certification expired, you may still be able to reinstate your certification . You will need to provide:

1.    A reinstatement fee of $285.
2.    Proof of completion of the required CECs earned over each three year certification period before your Certification expired.
