Delta Air Lines Discount

Delta Air Lines is offering attendees of the 2013 ABO-NCLE National Opticians Conference discounts on many of the published airfares available from Delta and Delta Connections flights into the Cincinnati, OH area over the conference dates. Travel must take place between the dates of September 18, 2013 and September 24, 2013; other restrictions may apply.

Please visit the Delta Airlines website at www.delta.com to book your air travel. Click on the drop down menu labeled ‘Planning Tools’, then click on ‘Book a Flight’. After entering your origination and destination cities and your dates of travel, you will see a box labeled ‘Meeting Event Code’. You will need to enter the code listed below to see whether your selected flights are eligible for a discount.

American Airlines Discount

American Airlines will provide our attendees with a 5% discount off ANY published airfare on www.aa.com for the 2013 National Opticians Conference. This discount is applicable to flights into Cincinnati International Airport (CVG). The valid travel dates for this discount are September 16, 2013 through September 25, 2013.

You can easily access American’s fares and apply this discount by going to www.aa.com to book your flight. Place the Promotion Code listed below in the promotion code box and your discount will be calculated automatically.

This special discount is valid off any applicable published fares listed for American Airlines and American Eagle. Attendees originating from international locations will need to contact their local American Airlines reservation number and refer to the Promotion Code.
