The Optical Exhibit Showcase will be held in the Hall of Mirrors at the Hilton Netherland Plaza Hotel in Cincinnati, OH.

Exhibit Booth Costs

The cost of a booth is $1,000, which includes:

• 8′ × 10′ booth
• 8′ High Blue/White Back Drape
• 3′ High Blue Side Rails
• 7″ × 44″ ID Sign
• (1) 6′ Draped Table with red skirt
• (2) Chairs
• (1) Wastebasket

Since the Hall of Mirrors is carpeted meeting space, there is no additional expense to carpet your booth. Booth locations will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis depending upon date of contract receipt.
